Cancellation Policy
Personal Training Late Booking & No Show Policy At GAINS GYM, we understand that life can get busy, and plans can change. However, to ensure fairness to our trainers and other members, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for personal training sessions: Cancellations with more than 12 hours notice – No fee. Cancellations between 12 and 1 hour notice – A $20 fee will be charged. Cancellations within 1 hour or No Shows – The full session fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our trainers’ time. Let’s keep making GAINS together!
